Seven laws of a Noah? A consistent Creator requires mankind to keep all of His revealed Laws
I got a comment to my latest post from Niklas Ekestam. Here follows his post and my reply:
Niklas:
“Do you keep all the the rules possible to keep that the B’nei Israel were commanded to keep? You are a man so I do not think you try to observe the commandments on ritual purity for women. So, you probably understand that there is some commandments given for some specific humans (females) that you are not to observe.”
My reply: As I wrote in this article: That ha-Sheim specifies different roles in His Torah, does not logically imply that His revelation to the descendants of Noakh only would be to the receiver of the message and his descendants. This is an assumption and the burden of proof is on the person making assumptions. The Torah says clearly which directives that only is for females. On the other hand, the Torah doesn’t say that only Benei Israel are required to keep the directives of what to eat and what not to eat, celebrate the Jewish holidays, etc.
Niklas:
This violates the “logic” you writes about that as B’nei Israel descend from Adam and Noah all humanity should observe all commandments given to Israel. I do not think so. Do not try to observe commandments for females if you are a man and do not try to observe the specific commandments for Israel if you do not have detailed supervision from a Rabbi so that you do it the right way.
My reply:
It was not my personal “logic”, but formal logic. Yet again, that ha-Sheim said, ‘Speak to benei-Yisraeil’, doesn’t imply that the rest of mankind wasn’t required to keep His mitzwot revealed to benei-Yisraeil. It wasn’t His Will that the Israelites were going to travel to Africa to speak about what He had revealed to them, so He didn’t say ‘Speak to the goyim of the entire world’. Rather, ha-Sheims revealed plan in the Torah is that the Torah will be spread when Israel fulfils that which is written in Devarim [“Deuteronomy”] 4:5-8.
The Creator desires of all of mankind, according to His Torah, to subordinate to a beit-din -implying non-selectively Torah-observant. The beit-din will give guidance of how to keep Torah according to real-world historical and logical mishpat –i.e. oral Torah.
Niklas wrote:
“G-d have not commanded all of humanity to observe the commandments given on Sinai. All passages in Tanakh with commandments about shabbat and kosher starts with statements like “Speak unto all the congregation of the children of Israel”, as written in 3 Mos 19:2. Then the commandment right after in 3 Mos 19:30 to observe shabbat (or in other passages about kosher) is a commandment for Israel.”
As I clarified above, this doesn’t logically imply that the Creator don’t require all of mankind to observe the Shabbat and kosher.
Niklas wrote:
“People that are not Israelites are not commanded to keep shabbat, but if they do they should do with detailed supervision from a orthodox rabbi. Non jews are not forbidden, nor commanded to have a day of rest.”
It is an assumption that the Creator doesn’t command non-Israelites to shomeir [keep/watch guard] Shabbat. Unfortunately many leaders of the Jewish community today teach a definition of melakhah that exceeds Torah including real-world historical and logical mishpat: Documentation [Link]
It is clearly demonstrated in Yeshayahu 66 that the Creator doesn’t approve of non-Jews eating the meat of pig and mouse. Those whom are not punished by ha-Sheim are described in Yeshayahu 66:23 as keeping the Shabbat and celebrating khag [‘pilgrimage to Yerushalayim’] ha-Sukkot in Zekharyah 14:16.
[Click on the words for explanation.]
To keep Torah non-selectively to ones utmost is immensely meaningful! To those whom are observing the mitzwot of Torah the Creator promises in Yekhezeqeil [“Ezekiel”] in His loving kindness to bestow His forgiveness for ones missteps and previous Torah-transgressions; and life like a tree which is deeply rooted along water brooks [Tehilim 1 and 103]. I highly recommend it to everyone reading this post!
There are no promise of a relationship with ha-Sheim, nor ha olam haba for those whom only keep the ‘seven laws of Noah’ [I recommend you and my other readers to read this quote carefully and to click on the words if there is any word that you don't understand.]:
“Talmud shows that the Benei-Noakh are goyim who, if guilty of blasphemy, are executed by the sword – rather than by stoning as the Jew (and geir) would be executed for the same offense (Sanhedrin 56a.). Thus, the Bën-Noakh is conspicuously distinguished from the geir – non-Jewish Torah-observant proselyte recognized by a beit-din. The Bën-Noakh is outside of Judaism and its Beritot [pacts], while the geir has been granted nilwëh [’grafted in’] status, by a Beit-Din, onto Beit-Yisrâeil, within the B’ritot. While Geir Tzëdëq may here be reasonably inferred, in contrast to the Geir Toshâv, this advanced status is not explicitly specified. In Sanhedrin 56b we find that certain rabbis added interpretations of the basic Shëva Mitzwot B’nei-Noakh, probably distinguishing Geir Tzëdëq above the provisional trainee Geir Toshâv. It bears noting here that the Shëva Mitzwot Benei-Noakh were originated by the Beit Din ha-Netzârim and the earliest reference to the Shëva Mitzwot Benei-Noakh is found in Ma·avâr 15.29 (see Appendix IV – Ma·avâr 15 Text).
The assertion that Bën-Noakh refers only to the one who actually keeps the Shëva Mitzwot Benei-Noakh and, consequently, is the one receiving “salvation,” simply isn’t compatible with the sources. In the interest of promoting interfaith relations, both Christians and Jews earlier focused on a misreading of Maimonides which, in English, seems to, but cannot possibly, extend yeshuâh to gentiles based solely on observing the Shëva Mitzwot Benei-Noakh. Encouragingly, Orthodox leaders have recently become increasingly distant from this misreading. As the Encyclopedia Judaica notes: Maimonides equates the ‘Khâsid of the (gentile) nations’ who has a share in hâ-olâm ha-bâ even though he has not become a Jew with the gentile who keeps the laws of Noakh (“Noachide Laws,” EJ, 12:1189). Yet, those who cite this often fail to also note Maimonides other declaration that “he who accepts its [the berit with Noakh] obligations is a Geir Toshâv“ (Masëkët Avodâh Zârâh 64b; Maimonides Yad, Melâkhim 8.10) – i.e., entailing recognition by a Beit-Din, not a Bën-Noakh / gentile, as the English inaccuracy seems to suggest!“

Niklas wrote:
So, I do not think your logic accurate as not all commandments apply to all humans. Some apply to all, some may be observed by everybody, some are only commanded to be observed by jewish men or jewish women and some just by the Kohen/from priestly family.
I know that some mitzwot should only be observed by kohanim, and some only by females or males. It is clearly specified in the Torah which mitzwot these are. But this doesn’t logically imply that the laws of kosher and the Jewish holidays are not mandatory for non-Jews to observe.
According to Tan’’kh, the documented practise of the first century Jewish community – endorsed by the Beit din ha-Jadol [the Supreme court that decided the applications of the mitzwot of Torah], Talmud and Ramb’’m, only keeping the ‘seven laws of Noah’ isn’t enough.

Seven laws of Noah – Noachides and kosher
Some persons make the argument that Noakh were allowed to eat whatever meat, when doing it in accordance with Bereshith 9:3-4.
In Torah the Creator said that mankind is allowed to eat (Bereshith 9:3) [the semi colons below in the translations are necessitated by cantillation signs of the verse in Tan’’kh], ‘כָּל-רֶמֶשׂ ’אֲשֶׁר הוּא-חַי, לָכֶם יִהְיֶה לְאָכְלָה: כְּיֶרֶק עֵשֶׂב, נָתַתִּי לָכֶם אֶת-כֹּל;
“all moving things that lives; to you they will be to food; as the growing green herbage; I gave you all”.
The Creator is Orderly [Proof]. Would it be consistent of the Orderly Creator to first give His permission to mankind to eat whatever meat, when doing it in accordance with verse 3-4, to later change His mind and forbid certain animals?; or could there be another explanation which is consistent with that the Creator doesn’t change – Malakhi 3:6?
The phrasing used in Bereshith 9:3 doesn’t necessarily include all of the animals on the earth. One example about Noakh and the flood:
“According to Tor•âh′, the תבה (teivah; box, pop. “ark”) was about 150 meters long by 75 meters wide by 45 meters high. No′akh‘s teivah would be dwarfed by many of today’s cruise liners and aircraft carriers. Yet, it would be impossible to load a pair of every unkosher animal on earth plus seven pairs of all kâ•sheir′ animals on earth into the largest aircraft carrier. Indeed, many of the species of the world weren’t even found in the same hemisphere as No′akh!
This seems to suggest that “all of the beasts” in pesuq•im′ 6-7 refers to domesticated animals only—and locally. Wild animals apparently are never intended; neither as being named by man (a task still not completed today), nor being brought aboardNo′akh‘s teivah (a physical impossibility), nor as being destroyed. What was preserved in No′akh‘s teivah or destroyed in the מבול (Ma•bul′; deluge, pop. “Flood”) was more likely all of the homo sapiens genetically most closely related to •dâm′ and Khavah—all of the “tribe” that •dâm′ and Khavah knew—along with their domesticated animals.
Many will argue that this stretches the plain meaning of these pesuq•im′. Yet, the Bible is the history of a family, since homo sapiens began to record history; and none have forwarded a more plausible explanation that doesn’t require breaking the unchanging laws of the Perfect Creator.”
Furthermore, did HaSheim give poisonous plants for food? In Bereshith 1:29 and 9:3 it says every green herb ( ירק עשב) He gave for food. How does one distinguish which plant is good for food? If it makes you sick or you die from it is it not still a green herb? So HaSheim must not have given poisonous plants for food even though they would also fall under this category. The Life giver and Sustainer HaSheim would not allow the eating of poisonous plant!
Once again, the Creator doesn’t change – Malakhi 3:6. To state that the Creator agreed that the Creator allowed mankind to eat of all animals, to later change His mind and forbid mankind to eat of certain animals, implies an changing Creator. That argument claims that the Creator didn’t regard pork as an abomination and then changed His mind and now regards pork as an abomination. This is inconsistent with Tan’’kh.
“Immutability: Ma·lâkh·i′ 3.6—”Because I am ha-Sheim, I do not change.” The unchanging Order and Logic of the Omniscient Creator-Singularity of the universe is reflected in His unchanging laws (formal logic ≡ mathematics, physics and hard sciences) that govern it. The clearer you’re able to see and understand His Reflection, the clearer you will perceive and understand Him—and His Ways.” [2]
That certain animals were tamei to eat would have been transferred orally, along with the phrasings in Bereshith 9:3-4, from generation to generation in what constituted the pre-Sinai oral proto-Torah-tradition [more information in note 1]. The
dietary instructions weren’t pulled out of thin air. They were also learned and then determined by the Beit Din who had received them from HaSheim.
Noakh was commanded to bring seven individuals of the animals which were tahor ; and two individuals of the animals which weren’t tahor [i.e. they were contaminated [tamei]]. The reason of this is that some of the individuals of the species being tahor would be sacrificied to HaSheim, which is done in Bereshit 9.
The reason of why some species are described as not being tahor, is because that they are not fit to be used in ones service to the Creator. Evident from the Torah is that ones service to the Creator includes that which one is eating, e.g. Bereshit 9:4 and numerous other passages.
I recommend you to look up every instance of the word ‘tamei’ in a concordance! It is very clear in the Torah that something tamei isn’t proper to sacrifice, nor to eat.
That one shouldn’t sacrifice whatever to the Creator is evident from Bereshith [“Genesis”] 4:3-5 and the descriptions about Noakh and his life. It is further corroborated by numerous passages in the lives of the descendants of Noakh. Evident from these descriptions is that one is only allowed to sacrifice that which is tahor and not that which is tamei.
The person studying the Torah finds that the revelation of the Creator to mankind was progressive and was completed when Mosheh lived. The Creator commanded mankind and forbade her to add directives to the Torah and remove directives from the Torah – Devarim [“Deuteronomy”] 4:2 and 13:1 in the Tan”kh.
This forbids the Mashiakh [“Messiah”] and all other humans to add and/or remove directives from the Torah. The Mashiakh is prophesied to be a prophet like Mosheh, i.e. he will teach others to observe the directives of the Torah non-selectively to their utmost.
In VaYiqra [“Leviticus”] eating pork is described as an abomination! The pig is described as being ‘tamei’ to you.
It is clearly demonstrated in Yeshayahu 66 – in Hebrew according to etymology and the cantillation signs of the Tan”kh – that the Creator doesn’t approve of mankind eating the meat of pig and mouse. Those whom are not punished by the Creator are described in Yeshayahu 66:23 as keeping the Shabbat and celebrating khag [‘pilgrimage to Yerushalayim’] ha-Sukkot in Zekharyah 14:16.
We highly recommend it to everyone reading this post!
This post clearly demonstrates that it would be inconsistent for the Creator to have allowed Noakh and his descendants to eat all kind of animals. Thus, what the Creator allowed mankind, must have been to eat animals that are kosher. Thus, a person eating meat from the pig, is eating an animal which the Creator never has allowed mankind to eat. To corroborate the above documentation we recommend you to read the article Seven laws of a Noah? A consistent Creator requires mankind to keep all of His revealed Laws.

“Codes of law have always developed within some judicial court system which developed first. There probably isn’t any example of a great code of law developing without a court system within which the code of law could operate.
Pâ•râsh•at′ Yitro records the establishment, by Mosh•ëh′, of the first Bat•ei′-din. There is an unbroken and uninterrupted chain of Bat•ei′-din and Tor•âh′from this time until today’s Orthodox Bat•ei′-din.
While the record of the establishment of the Bat•ei′-din is found in Shәm•ot′ 18, the giving of Tor•âh′ shë-bi•khәtâv′ on Har Sin•ai′ doesn’t occur until chapter 20!
Thus, it was part of Tor•âh′ shë-bә•al′ pëh that was codified into Tor•âh′ shë-bi•khәtâv′ for stability, not Tor•âh′ shë-bә•al′ pëh which was “added” to Tor•âh′shë-bi•khәtâv′!!!
The pre-Sin•ai′ proto-Tor•âh′ shë-bә•al′ pëh tradition developed over time, dating all the way back to Eiver (the first Habiru / Hebrew (cf. bә-Reish•it′10.21, et al.). This proto-Tor•âh′ shë-bә•al′ pëh tradition continued to develop and evolve, being continuously refined by Sheim (the first Semite), No′akh and thereafter by each of the tribal leaders of Yi•sәr•â•eil′. Thus, 12 (actually 13) versions were applied among the Hebrews / Habiru during our enslavement to Egypt. The slavemaster was the only authority. No one had yet worked out a single, unified, code of justice for all of the tribes of Yi•sәr•â•eil′—that would operate to sew Yi•sәr•â•eil′ together into one unifed עם (am; kindred). This is the function, and essential, function of Tor•âh′ that, for Jews—Dead Sea Scroll 4Q MMT has proven—has always meant the combination of Tor•âh′ shë-bә•al′ pëh and Tor•âh′shë-bi•khәtâv′. Either without the other has always been incomplete.
Hence, before Har Sin•ai′, “every man did what was right in his own eyes.” But this personal interpretation independent of the authority of the Beit-Din was outlawed by Tor•âh′from the time of the Yetziah (bә-Mi•dәbar′ 15.39 et al.).
What has distinguished the Hebrews / Habiru / Yi•sәr•â•eil′ / Judeans / Jews from other peoples ever since Har Sin•ai′ has been the sine qua non of non-selective keeping of Tor•âh′ as interpreted by the Pәrush•im′-heritage (Orthodox) Bat•ei′-din of the community of Yi•sәr•â•eil′ / Judeans / Jews established even before Har Sin•ai′ by Mosh•ëh′. Dead Sea Scroll 4Q MMT proves beyond doubt that this has operated in our community without interruption into the first century CE—the environment in which all accounts and leading historians agree that Rib′i Yәho•shu′a and his original Nәtzâr•im′ followers practiced and taught Tor•âh′.“

Seven laws of Noah. Counter argument?: There are no proofs that non-Jews must keep the laws of kosher
Here follows my discussion with a person on a forum about the seven laws of Noah
You wrote: I am asking for proof that non-Jews are obligated to observe all the 613 mitzvot of the Torah
I didn’t say 613, but according to Tan”kh, far more than the ’7 laws of Noakh.
Some persons state that all of mankind survived except for Noah. According to science this event was a local event [1]. Torah doesn’t state it was a global event, and a local event doesn’t contradict Torah [2]. Those that were killed were those included in Noakhs world, those living in the local area. To state that all of mankind was killed except Noakh and some of his family is not consistent with science.
I want to clarify what was written in my previous post about consistency and the different pacts. All of mankind was obligated to keep the directives revealed to Adam and Khava. That the directives were revealed to Adam and Khava, didn’t exempt the rest of mankind.
Furthermore all of mankind was obligated to keep the directives revealed to the descendants of Adam and Khava [“Eve”], including those revealed to Noakh. That the directives were revealed to the descendants of Adam and Khava, including Noakh, didn’t exempt the rest of mankind of keeping them. And, according to science, the flood – mentioned above – was local, not global. And thus, it can’t have killed all humans living around the world, but only those living in the local area [1].
Clearly, the fact that the Creator only reveals His directives to some people, doesn’t exempt everyone else of doing them! So, why should the fact that the Creator only revealed His Torah to Mosheh and am Israel imply that the rest of mankind is exempt from those Instructions?
Is all of mankind obligated to keep the directives revealed by the Creator to the descendants of Noakh; and not only those to whom the Creator revealed His directives? The logically consistent answer would be, yes!, based upon the above reasoning.
To say that all of mankind is not obligated to keep the directives that the Creator revealed to the descendants of Noakh is logically inconsistent. Since it is logically inconsistent it can impossibly be what was done by the Orderly –i.e. Consistent – Creator [3]. The burden of proof is on the person assuming that the Creator did something logically inconsistent.
Tan”kh confirms in other verses that mankind is obligated to keep more than the ‘seven laws of Noah’:
Yeshayahu 66:14 and forward reads that the Creator will punish goyim [peoples] whom eat swine and mouse. Some persons say that the verse doesn’t speak about that. You”ll need to read the verse in Hebrew according to etymology – the original meaning of the words – and the cantillation signs.
If you all look at all of the instances of the word ‘goyim’ in a concordance, you’ll find prophesies about the goyim. There is no ha olam-haba – no after-life in a connection with the Creator – promised. On the contrary, the only thing that is prophesied for the goyim – at least those alive when it happen – is punishment. The punishment is caused for them doing Torah-transgressions of mitzwot not mentioned in the ‘seven laws of Noah’.
You wrote:
” (.. ) Show me the verse that proves that all human beings, not just Jews, must observe the specifically Jewish commandments such as Shabbat, kashrut, etc.”
To say that all of mankind is not obligated to keep the directives that the Creator revealed to the descendants of Noakh is logically inconsistent. Since it is logically inconsistent it can impossibly be what was done by the Orderly –i.e. Consistent – Creator.
The Creator would act logical inconsistently if the directives of what to eat and not to eat, revealed to those included in the pact with the Creator, were only required to be observed by those belonging to that pact. The Creator is consistent [3]. Thus, He required all of mankind – not only those included in Am Yisraeil – to observe the directives of Torah non-selectively, including the directives of what to eat and not to eat.
You wrote:
Please show me the verses that indicate that “Am Yisraeil” is promised life after death, but that “goyim” are not.
“Contrary to popular notions among goy•im′, י--ה does not confer ki•pur′ unconditionally; He requires a demonstrated change in one’s life practice—(re)turningto Tor•âh′—as a prerequisite. As stipulated in the Shәm•a′, one is required to keep all of the mi•tzәw•ot′of Tor•âh′ to one’s utmost—viz., “with all one’s heart, nëph′ësh and might [lit. "very"]“—”for the purpose of extending your days and the days of your children… like the days of the heavens above the earth” (i.e., eternal life).” [Source]
Regarding goyim [’peoples’]: Read all of Tan’’kh in Hebrew according to etymology, and you will find no promise of life after death. Solution for those whom for the moment belong to the goyim can be found in my last post. The promise, if they follow the prerequisites, in the previous paragraph applies to them also.
Very good news! : ) The Creator promises to forgive us for our shortcomings in observing Torah, and/or previous Torah-transgressions – when we (re)turn to His Torah.
Not all all, based on the above reasoning. Ha-Sheim desires of everyone to become grafted intoIsrael. I would recommend you to study the materials I have recommended instead of assuming things about my position.
You wrote:
(..)Devarim 23:19-20 clearly implies that God assumes that there are going to be Jews and non-Jews: there are going to be people who are part of the covenanted community of Israel and those who are not, and specifies rules of conduct accordingly. Nowhere does God indicate that He wants “everyone to become grafted into Israel.”
The preknowledge of the Creator that there always will be persons rejecting His Torah don’t imply that His Will for them isn’t to keep His Torah.
There is a mitzwah of Torah that one should subordinate to a beit din. Please read what I wrote in my previous post about geirim and the other resources I provided; and you will find it clearly document from Torah including logical mishpat, that the Creator requires of every person belonging to the goyim to do this:
Start keeping the most ancient mishpat decision – decided by beit din ha-Netzarim – of what constitutes the initial requirements to become a geir toshav (or the female counterpart); and come before a beit-din and undertake to observe Torah non-selectively – implementing as one is learning – for the rest of ones lifetime.
According to Torah and logical mishpat this person becomes a geir toshav (or the female counterpart), which is included in am Yisraeil according to Tan’’kh.
You wrote:
If the sins of Vayikra 18 are part of the Noachide Covenant, then the Canaanites are guilty of having violated that covenant if they committed those sins.
What are the proofs that these mitzwot are the most ancient logical mishpat-decision of a beit-din? I documented in my previous post that the decision of beit-din ha Netzarim constitutes the most ancient mishpat-decision; and Torah requires it to be followed.
Furthermore the ‘Noahide laws’ – which didn’t encompass 66 mitzwot – were only the initial requirements; and were never acceptable as the end-goal.
But even if the interpretation you mentioned was correct, which it is demonstrated not to be, there are Torah-transgressions mentioned in VaYiqra 18, which aren’t included in the “66 mitzwot”.
“If you are correct, then please cite the verse where God proclaims that all humanity is subject to the laws of the Torah. Why can you not do that?”
I have already proved my point above. I am not required to produce anymore evidence. Except for the proof I presented above in this post: The Creator punishes in Yeshayahu 66 the goyim for eating pigs and rats. This also demonstrates that the doctrine of the ‘Noahide laws’ contradicts Tan’’kh.
I wrote:
That ha-Sheim specifies different roles in Torah, does not logically imply that His revelation to the descendants of Noakh only would be to the receiver of the message and his descendants. This is an assumption and the burden of proof is on the person making assumptions. Please, learn to not shift the burden of proof!
You replied:
(..)What do you make of the fact that the very beginning of the revelation of the Torah is “I am the Eternal your God, who brought you out of the land ofEgypt…?” What about the numerous times that God introduces commands saying “Speak to the Israelites and tell them…?”
He is the Elohim of the Israelis. This doesn’t logically imply that those not belonging to Am Yisraeil are exempt from doing their utmost to keep Torah non-selectively.
The Creator said, ‘speak to benei-Israel’, and didn’t say ‘speak to the non-Jews’. Is this really an argument? Just because that the Creator says, ‘speak to benei-Israel’, doesn’t mean that mankind aren’t obligated to keep the directives of the Torah. The Creator outlined directives to Adam and Khava [“Eve”], but this didn’t imply that the rest of mankind weren’t obligated to keep those directives. The Creator outlined directives to the descendants of Adam and Khava, including Noakh, but this didn’t imply that the rest of mankind weren’t obligated to keep those directives. To say otherwise would be an assumption; and the burden of proof is on the person making an assumption.
Convinced that the Creator requires of you to keep Torah non-selectively to your utmost?
We would be happy if you sent us a message using the contact form! We can help you and support you morally and socially while you undertake the lifelong pursuit of doing your best to keep Torah non-selectively to your utmost!

Seven laws of a Noah? A consistent Creator requires mankind to keep all of His revealed Laws

That the directives were revealed to Adam and Khava, didn’t exempt the rest of mankind.

Be of good hope! You still have the possibility to stop your Torah-transgressions; and to start practising the directives of Torah non-selectively to your utmost! You still have a chance to become grafted into Am Yisraeil with the promise in Tan’’kh of ha olam haba [the Realms of Heavens] when you do your utmost to keep Torah non-selectively. We recommend you to take course in the Netzarim-website – click on the non-Jews-section in the left menu! If you are willing to observe Torah non-selectively, then please e-mail us and we can be of help and support.
“Contrary to popular notions among goy•im′, י--ה does not confer ki•pur′ unconditionally; He requires a demonstrated change in one’s life practice—(re)turning to Tor•âh′—as a prerequisite. As stipulated in the Shәm•a′, one is required to keep all of the mi•tzәw•ot′ of Tor•âh′ to one’s utmost—viz., “with all one’s heart, nëph′ësh and might [lit. "very"]“—”for the purpose of extending your days and the days of your children… like the days of the heavens above the earth” (i.e., eternal life).” [Source]
Very good news! : ) The Creator promises to forgive you for your Torah-transgressions when you do your best to keep His mitzwot!!
You may think you have some other counter arguments to the above facts presented. You are encouraged to e-mail us your argument! When you see a counter argument, try to analyse it and see if there is any other possible explanation, which you yet haven’t thought of. The Creator and His Torah are consistent.

Seven laws of Noah – Arguments and counter arguments
How to follow the Creator?
Does he require of mankind to observe the ‘Seven laws of Noah’; or does he require mankind to observe the directives of the Torah non-selectively to their utmost, which includes the laws of kosher and to celebrate the khagim, the Torah-commanded pilgrimages to Jerusalem?
Yehoshua ben-Nun wrote in the book Yehoshua [0] in Tan’’kh: “This book of Torah shouldn’t depart from your mouth and you shall meditate on it day and night and night, in order that you should watchguard; because all that is written in it, because then you will succeed in your ways and then you will act wisely.”
First century Ribi Yehoshua, a first century Jewish leader, from Nazareth taught based on what is written in Tan’’kh: Happy are those that hunger and thirst for tzedaqah, which has the meaning “righteousness as defined by Torah”.
Tan’’kh promises life for Torah-observers! Only following the Creator can give true meaning of life; and how to follow the Creator is outlined in Tan”kh, inspired by the Creator, in Hebrew.
Should one follow the majority in order to discern if the ‘Seven laws of Noah’ is the way of the Creator?
Torah declares in Shemot 23.2: “Don’t be a follower of the majority to wrong.” In the Final Judgment, you alone will be held accountable for your own decision. You won’t be able to blame any religious leader, friend or family member; but will be held accountable for your own actions. It is you’re responsible to exercise your free will in studying and thinking for yourself.
What are the comment counter arguments for that mankind only need to keep the ‘seven laws of Noah’; and are there any valid arguments for this position?
We will start with discussing the argument that the Creator said, ‘speak to benei-Israel’, and didn’t say ‘speak to the non-Jews’. The Creator outlined directives to the descendants of Adam and Khava, including Noakh, but this didn’t mean that the rest of mankind weren’t obligated to keep those directives. To say otherwise would be an assumption; and the burden of proof is on the person making an assumption.
“Genealogically, after Noakh, ha-Sheim selected and nurtured the root of a family tree, Avrâhâm, a family trunk from that tree, Yitzkhaq [“Isac”], a family branch from that trunk, Ya’aqov-Yisrâeil, and a Neitzër from that branch of the family, Dâwid, representative of the Mâshiakh [0b]) – each subbranch identified with a pact. (..)
Humankind is responsible, and held accountable, to keep all of ha-Sheim‘s requirements as they are revealed at the time. No person can reject ha-Sheim‘s revealed requirements simply because he finds earlier requirements more appealing, any more than those after Noakh can satisfy ha-Sheim be keeping His pact with Âdâm.
The logical conclusion of preferring an earlier pact would yield a group calling themselves B’nei-Adâm [”Sons of Adam”] dancing around naked in a park they name Garden of Eden and playing with snakes – not very far-fetched considering the bizarre cults that arise periodically. However, Gan Eidën was irrevocably closed, just as each succeeding pact since has been closed by its subsequent pact.
Yet, what ha-Sheim revealed to the people of Israel on Mount Sinai, like all of the earlier pacts, was His plan and expectation for all humankind – not exclusively for Jews – from the time He revealed it. Unfortunately, for goyim [1], they all rejected that pact and have since been raised in that rejection. Only Israel accepted the pact. Therefore, only Israel reaps its rewards.
The notion that “the Creator requires only the Jews to keep Torâh according to Halakhah” is no more valid than someone in the time of Noakh claiming ‘ha-Sheimrequired only Noakh to keep the ‘Seven laws of Noah’.’ They drowned! “[2]
Some persons state that all of mankind survived except for Noah. According to science this event was a local event [3]. Torah doesn’t state it was a global event, and a local event doesn’t contradict Torah [4]. Those that were killed were those included in Noakhs world, those living in the local area. To state that all of mankind was killed is not consistent with science.
I want to clarify what was written above about consistency and the different pacts. All of mankind was obligated to keep the directives revealed to Adam and Khava. Furthermore all of mankind was obligated to keep the directives revealed to the descendants of Adam and Khava, including those revealed to Noakh. All of mankind is obligated to keep the directives revealed by the Creator to the descendants of Noakh? That would be logically consistent.
To say that all of mankind is not obligated to keep the directives that the Creator later revealed to the descendants of Noakh is logically inconsistent. Since it is logically inconsistent it can impossibly be what was done by the Orderly –i.e. Consistent – Creator [5]. The burden of proof is on the person assuming that the Creator did something logically inconsistent.
We plan to write about more counter arguments and of why they cannot be used to argue for the ‘Seven laws of Noah’-doctrine in future articles.

Seven laws of Noah? What does the Torah say?
What is the Will of the Creator? I assume the reader of this article believes in that Tan’’kh is inspired by the Creator. [That Torah contains the Instructions of the Creator is possible to prove using formal logic – based on scientific premises.]
So, let’s research through the Tan’’kh in order to find out what’s the Will of the Creator with mankind.
We will go through this article without assuming anything about what the Creator desires. It is important to not assume what the Creator desires and it is very important to indeed find out what He desires of mankind to observe!!
We can conclude from the Tan’’kh that relating to the Creator is very meaningful; and everyone searching for the truth really want to find out how to do this!!
Persons who believes that Tan”kh is inspired by the Creator still differ in their opinions of how to relate to the Creator. Why? Either they haven’t read it in Hebrew according to the etymological meaning, or they ignore what it explicitly says. Let’s not assume that one interpretation is correct, which so many billions of people are doing. Let’s instead find out what it reads!
What can we learn from Va-Yiqra [“Leviticus”] 18:1-23? I recommend you to read it through! First it goes through many directives which is forbidden to do. This listening contains directives which are not included in the “seven laws of Noakh”. Then in verse 24-25 it is written:
The goyim [“peoples”] were sent away from the land because that they have made the listed transgressions of Torah. They made themselves טְמא [tamei; contaminated] by those transgressions.
The logical conclusion is that mankind are required to do more than the seven categories traditionally assumed.
Yeshayahu 66:17 reads that the Creator will punish goyim [peoples] whom eat swine and rat.
If you look all the instances of the word ‘goyim’ in a concordance you’ll find what will happen to them. There is no ha olam-haba – no after-life in a connection with the Creator – promised.
I also recommend you to read Yekhezeqeil [“Ezekiel”] 18. One of the verses:
וְהָרָשָׁע, כִּי יָשׁוּב מִכָּל-חַטֹּאתָו אֲשֶׁר עָשָׂה, וְשָׁמַר אֶת-כָּל-חֻקוֹתַי, וְעָשָׂה מִשְׁפָּט וּצְדָקָה–חָיֹה יִחְיֶה, לֹא יָמוּת.
This verse and the other verses speak about that a person doing Torah-transgression will not be forgiven by the Creator; and the person leaving his/her Torah-transgressions and instead start observing the directives of the Creator will receive the forgiveness from the Creator in His loving kindness.
It speaks about observing mishpat – observing Torah non-selectively according to logical mishpat (logical oral Torah). It gives none exceptions; and it contradicts logical mishpat to assume exceptions.
The Creator promises in the Tan’’kh to protect Yehudim [“Jews”] and geirim [non-Jewish Torah-observant proselytes recognized by a Torah-observant beit-din]. None such protection is made to the goyim [“peoples”].
The only way of how to live in order to be forgiven by the Creator in His lovingkindness for ones missteppings is found in Yekhezeqeil chapter 18.
